We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative who's fluent in French to join our team in Lisbon. You'll be handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our French-speaking customers. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and troubleshooting solutions.
- Assist customers with account setup, product usage, and general support inquiries.
- Track and document all customer interactions using CRM software.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide efficient and knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Ensure that all customer interactions align with company policies and standards.
๐ What We're Looking For
- Fluent in French (both spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
