The Role: Your Impact

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, handling both routine and complex issues, requests, and problems. You'll provide first-line support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Technical Support: Provide support for standard technical queries related to a specific product or small set of products (e.g., Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking, PCs).
  • Problem Solving: Actively listen to and understand customer problems, asking clarifying questions to resolve common issues within defined timeframes. Know when to escalate complex problems.
  • Service Level Adherence: Escalate issues as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed customer expectations. Monitor performance through data analysis and reporting.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to the team's success.
  • Personal Development: Actively participate in your professional development, working with a defined plan.
  • Business Acumen: Develop an understanding of customer environments and service delivery needs to provide exceptional service.
  • Process Adherence: Document actions taken to resolve customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with established processes and systems.
