About Fortinet Fortinet is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team in Lisbon! Our Customer Success and Support team in Lisbon provides Level 1, 2, and 3 support services to customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and assistance to Fortinet's certified partners and customers.
- Conduct real-time troubleshooting sessions with partners and customers.
- Test and replicate partner/customer issues in a lab environment.
- Handle escalations from the Level 1 technical support team.
- Report software and hardware-related issues to the R&D department.
What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in the networking or security industry.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP.

Hands-on experience with security devices like firewalls, IPS, and mail security gateways.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- A positive, communicative, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment.
- A quick learner with a willingness to adapt.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with dynamic routing protocols and their implementation (OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with VPNs (IPSec, SSL, L2TP, GRE).
- Good knowledge of authentication protocols and methods (LDAP, SSO, Radius, 2-factor authentication).
- Experience with database maintenance and SQL.
- Understanding of web application security and vulnerabilities (experience with exploits is a plus).
- Possession of industry certifications (FCNSP, CISSP, CCNP, CCSP, CCNA, etc.).
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
