Responsibilities
- Provide support and answer general inquiries from customers.
- Adapt the brand's voice and tone across all communication channels.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Danish.
- Good level of English.
- High school degree.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Based in Portugal - work from home.
- Experience with customer service is a plus.
