Responsibilities


  • Provide support and answer general inquiries from customers.
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone across all communication channels.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.

Requirements


  • Native or near-native level of Danish.
  • Good level of English.
  • High school degree.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Based in Portugal - work from home.
  • Experience with customer service is a plus.
