Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality assistance to Danish-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to corporate accounts, product details, and service issues with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their experience with the brand.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in a corporate or B2B setting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
