🚀 The Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our Pricing Analytics team, specifically focusing on Private Brands.

As part of the Pricing Domain, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing pricing solutions to enhance revenue and profitability.

🎯 Responsibilities

• 💡 Develop Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with business owners to create pricing hypotheses that boost revenue and profitability.
• 🧪 Run Pricing Experiments: Launch and manage pricing experiments, implementing successful ones into our operational systems.
• 📊 Monitor Private Brand Performance: Design and implement a system to monitor deviations in our Private Brands' pricing.
• 📈 Measure Impact: Build a system to assess how pricing changes affect our financial outcomes.
• 🤝 Collaborate with Tech Teams: Partner with developers, manual QA, and automatic QA to create comprehensive solutions.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role. E-commerce experience is a bonus!
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science is preferred.
• Pricing Expertise: Relevant experience with pricing optimization is preferred.

💪 Hard Skills

• Python Proficiency: You can write, optimize, and troubleshoot Python code for data analysis. You're familiar with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• SQL Expertise: You're proficient in SQL.
• A/B Testing & Statistics: You're comfortable with A/B testing and have a basic understanding of statistics.
• Orchestration & DAGs: You understand the concept of orchestrators and have a basic understanding of writing DAGs (ideally, with Airflow).
• Power BI: You're proficient in Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, and DAX.
• Fast API: Familiarity with Fast API is a plus.
• Data Analysis: You can work with large datasets and extract insights valuable for business decision-making.
• English Proficiency: B2+ English fluency is required.
