Your Mission: 🎯

As our Data Analyst, you’ll be the data-driven compass guiding our product’s success. Your expertise will help shape our key performance indicators (KPIs), design robust metric tracking systems, and lead the development of data-informed product strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 🔎
  • Strategic Data Analysis: Collaborate with your product team to define meaningful KPIs, design tracking systems, and establish a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Hypothesis Validation: Design A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses. Analyze results to provide actionable insights on product changes and user behavior.
  • Data-Driven Product Insights: Generate data-driven insights that spark new features or improvements. Effectively communicate complex findings, translating them into practical product strategies.
  • Root Cause Investigations: Dive into the depths of data to uncover the underlying causes of observed patterns and anomalies.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Identify critical drivers impacting metrics and suggest potential interventions to optimize product performance.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide on-demand analyses to address specific business questions and inform product strategy.
  • Data Visualization and Communication: Create compelling visualizations that convey complex data insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate your findings, deliver recommendations, and influence product direction.

Minimum Skills and Experience: 💻
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R.
  • Demonstrated experience in SQL (bonus points for additional data storage technologies).
  • Mastery of statistical hypothesis testing, experiment design, and causal inference techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with behavioral data and experimentation platforms like Mixpanel, GrowthBook.
  • Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills and Experience: ⭐
  • Familiarity with machine learning (ML) algorithms and techniques, including regression models, clustering, and classification.
  • Expertise in building, evaluating, and deploying ML models using libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace business models, and proficiency in digital marketing.

Compensation: 💰

€30,000 - €48,000 per annum
