The Role: Data Analyst (Product) 📊


As our Data Analyst (Product), you'll be a key player in our product teams and senior leadership, driving data-driven decisions. Using GA4 and Looker, you'll create visualizations and reports on crucial metrics like traffic, revenue, and product success.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports in GA4 and Looker to support Product Managers and Senior Leadership.
  • Improve our data analysis framework for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage key reports on traffic, revenue, and other vital business metrics.
  • Maintain a data dictionary detailing metrics, sources, and definitions.
  • Teach others about fundamental data analytics.
  • Collaborate with our Data Engineer on Looker data source integration.
  • Make sure we have comprehensive event tracking across all products.
  • Work with Product Managers to define and refine tracking requirements.
  • Work with Engineering teams to clarify event tracking needs.
  • Help Product Managers create reports that track product launch success.

What We're Looking For:


  • Proficiency in GA4, Looker, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing design, including statistical significance, audience size, and experiment duration.
  • Experience providing data-driven insights to Management for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams to implement and optimize data tracking and reporting solutions.
  • Must be located in the EU (due to GDPR).

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical problems.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Nice-to-Have:


  • Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data modeling and database design.

Employment Details:


  • Contract type: Your choice – B2B or Contract of Employment (Poland only).
  • Initial contract: Six months.
  • Salary (monthly): €2,340–€3,740 net B2B (EURO); PLN 10,000–16,000 net B2B or PLN 8,500–13,500 gross CoE (Poland).
  • Work equipment: Laptop and headphones provided.
  • Work schedule: Flexible, fully remote or hybrid, with the option to work from our Kraków office.
