🎯 The Role
Are you ready to shape the future of a leading wheel manufacturing company? We are looking for a passionate and committed Data & Analytics Solution Specialist to join our team in the Czech Republic or Portugal.
Responsibilities 🧑💻:
- Conceptualize, build, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using the data warehouse and other data sources.
- Define data standards and best practices.
- Develop data extracts from various systems and databases like SQL Server, Oracle, and IBM DB2.
- Provide guidance and assistance to business divisions on creating reporting and analytics solutions.
- Conduct user training programs and support key users.
- Assist Plant IT divisions and key users with BI-related topics.
- Maintain the reporting environment, Data Warehouse, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Represent RONAL GROUP at industry events and conferences.
What We're Looking For 🔎:

Education: Higher education in business information technology, industrial engineering, or business administration (or equivalent).

Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, ETL, data warehousing, and/or data lakes.

Skills: Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and BI tools like Qlik Sense, Jedox, or similar.

Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL queries, and relational databases.

Language Skills: Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%).
