Job Summary:
Responsible for incorporating data insights into content operation and leading corresponding projects. Implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Leads communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other administrative team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Data: Develop and execute sophisticated content strategies for our marketing and communications plans, using data to inform every decision—from topic selection to content format.
  • Build Bridges: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Health & Wellness, and Medical Professional content leads, to ensure a cohesive and impactful content strategy. You'll be the key liaison for our Analytics, External/Internal Communications, SEO, and Social Media partners.
  • Create Impactful Content: Oversee editorial guidelines and support the creation of a wide range of digital content—from clinical information for patients to cutting-edge research for medical professionals.
  • Define Success: Work with SEO and Analytics partners to establish a robust measurement framework and help structure ongoing reporting to demonstrate the real-world impact of our content efforts.
  • Champion SEO: Lead the charge in embedding SEO best practices directly into our content creation workflow.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Actively analyze content performance, using insights to refine our approach and ensure our digital properties effectively communicate our brand and meet our ambitious marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, manage and analyze data in systems, and develop reports and presentations to support programs.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Monitor program progress and proactively address deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets.
  • Manage the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s required, MBA or Master’s in relevant field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including superior writing and editing skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • Familiarity with digital content creation tools
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and SEO, and experience applying data to optimize content performance
  • Proven professional, able to work effectively with a variety of personality types and job levels
  • Ability to move quickly in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
