🚀 The Role
As a Data Insights Analyst, you'll be a key player in acquiring, managing, and analyzing data presented to internal teams, clients, and partners. You'll lead the onboarding of electronic data trading partners, ensuring successful implementations. You'll also monitor client data submissions, resolving any quality issues.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop reports and analytics using Excel (heavy Excel experience needed).
- Guide and assist partners in creating data feeds that meet our specifications.
- Proactively communicate with trading partners and clients to expedite their onboarding.
- Directly communicate with customers about data needs and deadlines.
- Research and identify data quality issues, working with clients to find solutions.
- Field partner requests and questions about data specifications.
- Review files for compliance with data needs, testing files and identifying necessary business rules for configuration in our mapping tool.
- Configure the mapping tool to translate source data into the desired format, testing the tool and documenting it clearly.
- Analyze and communicate trading partner performance in meeting data specifications.
- Act as the resident expert on data requirements/specifications for internal teams and clients.
- Communicate data needs to trading partners, initially and after receiving files.
- Coordinate and execute the transfer of new data feeds or corrections with clients to maintain service levels.
- Stay updated on changes and evolution of data specifications.
- Lead client/partner web-based trainings on data specifications and requirements.
💪 What We're Looking For
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with ETL, analytic-based, data-driven processes, SSIS, and the Microsoft BI stack.

Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

Preferred: Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data.

Must have: Previous client-facing experience.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
