We are seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- 🔎 Data Exploration and Analysis: Identify, develop, and deploy algorithms to solve complex business challenges at a rapid pace.
- 📊 Insights Generation: Derive impactful business insights from extensive and intricate data sets.

- ⚙️ Process Optimization: Provide data-driven solutions and automation to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- 🧐 Challenging Conventions: Leverage data to identify weaknesses, opportunities, and uninformed decisions to drive improvements.
- 🤝 Recruitment and Onboarding: Actively contribute to our recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- 🗣️ Effective Communication: Translate complex data analysis into intuitive and easily understandable business cases.
Your Ideal Profile: A Blend of Skills and Expertise
- 👨🏽💻 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
- 📚 Advanced knowledge of econometrics and quantitative research, including experiment analysis, instrumental variables, and other causal inference techniques.
- 🗣️Exceptional communication skills with non-technical audiences and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- 💻 Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for managing and processing large data volumes.
- ➕ Experience deploying ML models and setting up ETL pipelines (a plus).
- 📊 In-depth understanding of statistics, time series analysis, and modeling.
- 📚 Willingness to continuously learn, challenge the status quo, and seek new knowledge.
- 🎨 Excellent visualization skills and the ability to present results clearly and concisely.
- 🗣️ Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills.
- 💪🏼 Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders.
