Data Scientist (AI Focus)

Responsibilities

• Design and build sophisticated natural language interaction capabilities for our core platform, ARCH, primarily leveraging Python within Jupyter environments and integrating with the client's Artificial Intelligence (AI) system.
• Act as the subject matter expert and architect for RAG solutions, optimizing them for high performance, accuracy, and latency across all agentic workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers to operationalize AI/ML models and ensure seamless integration with existing software infrastructure.
• Conduct research and prototype new Generative AI and Multi-Agent Coordination/Planning (MCP) techniques to continuously push the boundaries of our intelligent systems.
• Develop clear metrics and monitoring dashboards to track the performance and business impact of deployed RAG and Agentic solutions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong English communication skills (C1 or C2): Essential for participating effectively in meetings with stakeholders and contributing to high-level discussions within a global team.
• Deep familiarity with building production-quality code, utilizing the Jupyter ecosystem for rapid experimentation and delivery.
• Practical experience in building AI functions/tools for Large Language Models (LLMs) and understanding the principles of creating specialized agents.
