As a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, you'll lead a team of developers creating solutions for a high-profile video game client. You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to working closely with development and business teams, ensuring seamless progress and alignment with stakeholders.

πŸš€Β What You'll Do:

  • Mentor the team, championing Agile and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and help the team resolve conflicts and roadblocks.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and deliverables through open communication.
  • Create clear reports tailored to different audiences.
  • Use your technical experience to prioritize development and QA tasks based on business and customer needs.
  • Manage the product backlog, user stories, project roadmap, and dependencies.
  • Translate product features into detailed requirements (features, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to set and communicate release schedules and scope.
  • Ensure the team meets its delivery goals.
  • Influence product vision definition and break it down into smaller, incremental deliverables.
  • Help identify market opportunities.
  • Plan and execute the entire product development lifecycle.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 yearsΒ of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams as a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or Engineering Manager.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven management skills in conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
  • A software engineering background with the ability to discuss technical topics confidently.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
  • Proven ability to analyze product use cases and requirements throughout the SDLC (architecture, development, testing, deployment).Β (Note: You won't be coding, but you should be comfortable participating in technical discussions and offering input from a business and client perspective.)

🌍 Location:Β Hybrid (Portugal, UK, USA) – Remote work from Portugal is an option; remote work from other countries depends on location and projects. Expected travel: 0-15%, varying by project/client.
