📅 About the Role David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon, Portugal, seeking a Detection Analyst with Hebrew language skills. This role involves evaluating online social media, advertising, and web content, ensuring user safety.

🔎 What You'll Do

• 🕵️‍♂️ Content Evaluation: Evaluate online social media, web pages, and advertising content according to defined criteria.
• 🖼️ Visual Review: Examine images, videos, accounts, and text-based content to assess their relevance and significance.
• 💡 Intel Requirements: Stay up-to-date on client's intelligence requirements and contribute to the team's OSINT detection efforts.
• 🧰 OSINT Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of OSINT collection methods, tools, and strategies, adapting them to meet client needs.
• 🧪 Pilot New Methods: Collaborate with clients to test new OSINT sources, methods, tools, and processes, reporting on results.
• 📊 Quantify Detection: Help develop methods to quantify detection requirements, identify data gaps, and pilot solutions.
• 🤝 Team Collaboration: Contribute to program quality assurance and identify areas for improvement, working alongside team leads.
• 🤝 Mentorship: Share knowledge and experience to guide and mentor colleagues.
• 🎯 Quality Assurance: Ensure consistently high-quality outcomes in all work.
• 🗓️ Prioritization: Manage daily tasks aligned with client needs.

What We're Looking For

• 🇮🇱 Hebrew Proficiency: Native/fluent in Hebrew (C1), both oral and written.
• 🇬🇧 English Skills: Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
• 🧑‍💻 Computer Literacy: Computer proficient with the ability to learn quickly.
• 🧠 Critical Thinking: Strong critical and contextual thinking skills.
• 🤝 Teamwork: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
• 🛡️ Content Sensitivity: Comfortable reviewing content that may be inappropriate, violent, or explicit without bias.
• ⏱️ Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and changing demands.
• 📝 No Resident Card Required: Israeli citizens with a Job Seeker visa obtained independently are welcome to apply.
