The Role:ย ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ


As a Developer Support Engineer, you'll provide expert support for our Auth0 SaaS solution. You'll work directly with customers, resolving technical and non-technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This involves:


  • Providing end-to-end support for customer issues, from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Managing support tickets to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Building strong client relationships and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with our support team in a dynamic environment.
  • Leveraging your technical and business analysis skills to solve complex problems.
  • Creating and maintaining support documentation.
  • Documenting bugs for engineering.
  • Collaborating with other departments for customer success.

What We're Looking For:ย ๐Ÿ”Ž


  • Experience:ย 2+ years in technical support and/or software development OR 2-5+ years as a business/technical analyst for large-scale software implementations.
  • Skills:ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly learn complex concepts; excellent context-switching abilities; proficiency in breaking down problems into smaller components; customer-focused attitude; teamwork skills; excellent communication; proactive approach; commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Technical Focus:ย Knowledge of software development fundamentals, common architectures, HTTP, encryption, basic security concepts, authentication and authorization concepts, at least one auth protocol (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, WS-FED, LDAP, Azure AD, etc.), and at least one programming language (JavaScript preferred).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Weekend and on-call shifts may be required to provide 24/7 support.
