Join a collaborative design studio as a DevOps Engineer, working with an agile, multidisciplinary team for a German start-up connected to a major European insurance company! π― What You'll Do:
- Continuously analyze potential infrastructure and application failure modes.
- Share your expertise in observability, upgradability, scalability, security, and CI/CD automation with other engineering roles.
- Establish and manage deployment and upgrade processes using Jenkins.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support the resolution of support requests.
π¨βπ» What We're Looking For:
Must-Have (Mid-Level, 5-10 years experience):
- Kubernetes and Istio administration
- AWS knowledge
- Web server, load balancer, and web application firewall (Akamai) administration
- Certificate administration
- Configuration as code: HashiCorp Terraform/Packer
- Jenkins administration
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using Jenkins
- DevOps mindset ("You build it, you run it" β taking ownership of your work)
- Fluent English (C1)
β Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Crossplane for Kubernetes administration
- GitHub Actions
- Kotlin/Java development experience
- Dynatrace experience
- Database experience, especially SQL (Postgres)
- German language skills
