The Role:Β π€
As a Diagnostic Solutions Consultant (DSC), you'll be a key member of our sales team, directly interacting with clients and selling our diagnostic instruments, tests, and related services. You'll be responsible for achieving sales quotas, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining accurate sales data. This role requires significant travel within your assigned territory (up to 60-70%).
What You'll Do:Β π―
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our diagnostic products and services.
- Visit existing and prospective clients (3-4 of each per day), requiring extensive driving and occasional overnight trips (4-8 nights/month).
- Meticulously document all client interactions using our online system.
- Transport, set up, and demonstrate diagnostic equipment and its features.
- Clearly explain product benefits and address client questions effectively.
- Secure purchase orders for our products and services.
- Provide ongoing customer support, including troubleshooting technical issues and introducing new products.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including competitor accounts and referrals.
- Support billing and collection processes.
- Physically lift and move equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
What You'll Need:Β πͺ

Experience:Β Minimum 4 years of sales experience (medical, scientific, or healthcare preferred).

Education:Β Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), ideally in science or business, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:Β Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly; skilled in technical sales; expertise in veterinary terminology/science; experience selling capital equipment in veterinary clinics; strong presentation skills (including financial presentations); ability to quickly set up and demonstrate equipment.
