The Role:


This is a remote, full-time Technical Support Specialist position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving. You'll be the go-to expert for our animal health diagnostic products, assisting veterinary clinics, research facilities, and academic institutions. Think of it as being a detective, solving technical puzzles and helping our customers succeed.


What You'll Do:


  • πŸ“ž Respond to technical support requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • 🀝 Assist customers and sales reps with product performance and technical concerns.
  • πŸ“¦ Manage product returns for replacement, investigation, or repair.
  • πŸ“ Process orders to facilitate troubleshooting and replacements.
  • 🀝 Collaborate with various departments (Product Management, Repair, Engineering, etc.).
  • ⬆️ Manage and escalate issues as needed.
  • πŸ“’ Stay updated on product support and communicate updates.
  • πŸš€ Provide support during product launches.
  • 🀝 Adhere to and communicate company policies and procedures.
  • πŸ’‘ Participate in special projects.
  • πŸ“ˆ Work with management to improve processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:


  • πŸŽ“ Relevant college or university education.
  • πŸ’»Β 2+ years of experience,Β with at leastΒ 1 year in Technical Support.
  • πŸ”¬ Point-of-care diagnostic experience is a plus!
  • πŸ—£οΈΒ Excellent telephone mannerΒ is essential.
  • πŸ’» Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce, SAP) is preferred.
  • πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§Β Fluent in English.
  • πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡«πŸ‡·Β Bilingual in French and SpanishΒ (other languages like Greek or Portuguese are a bonus!).
