The Role:
This is a remote, full-time Technical Support Specialist position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving. You'll be the go-to expert for our animal health diagnostic products, assisting veterinary clinics, research facilities, and academic institutions. Think of it as being a detective, solving technical puzzles and helping our customers succeed.
What You'll Do:
- π Respond to technical support requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- π€ Assist customers and sales reps with product performance and technical concerns.
- π¦ Manage product returns for replacement, investigation, or repair.
- π Process orders to facilitate troubleshooting and replacements.
- π€ Collaborate with various departments (Product Management, Repair, Engineering, etc.).
- β¬οΈ Manage and escalate issues as needed.
- π’ Stay updated on product support and communicate updates.
- π Provide support during product launches.
- π€ Adhere to and communicate company policies and procedures.
- π‘ Participate in special projects.
- π Work with management to improve processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- π Relevant college or university education.
- π»Β 2+ years of experience,Β with at leastΒ 1 year in Technical Support.
- π¬ Point-of-care diagnostic experience is a plus!
- π£οΈΒ Excellent telephone mannerΒ is essential.
- π» Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce, SAP) is preferred.
- π¬π§Β Fluent in English.
- πͺπΈπ«π·Β Bilingual in French and SpanishΒ (other languages like Greek or Portuguese are a bonus!).

The Perks:
