The Role 🎯 Digital Marketing Manager

This role is a direct hire, full-time position based remotely in Chicago, IL or offers a hybrid work model. You'll be working Monday-Friday during standard business hours with a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do 🚀 Execute and Optimize Digital Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across our website, email, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and refine digital strategies to generate leads and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal resources on paid and organic search efforts.
  • Build and execute email nurture campaigns and templates to support sales efforts using HubSpot.
  • Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of prospect and customer data within HubSpot.
  • Update website content, including blog posts, evergreen content, and campaign landing pages.
  • Optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.
  • Generate reports and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs.
  • Partner with external agencies and development teams to ensure consistent brand execution.

What We're Looking For 🔎 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in digital marketing and problem-solving.
  • A highly organized team player with the ability to collaborate across various departments, including sales, international teams, product marketing, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience in branding, web, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of website content management, online publishing, SEO, channel management, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics concepts, metrics, digital KPIs, and their application in optimizing tactics and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially registered investment advisors and their technology tools.
