Generate and Close Deals: Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to their business objectives.

Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Own the entire sales process, from start to finish, using a structured approach that highlights Icertis' value.

Consultative Selling: Engage in in-depth discussions with senior leaders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

C-Suite Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to ensure alignment and expedite deal closure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, presales, technical advisors, and other teams to develop and execute solution strategies.

Territory Strategy: Develop and implement a territory strategy to drive consistent results and maximize market penetration.

🎯 What You Bring:
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ($1M+ ARR).
- Experience selling Enterprise SaaS; CLM, ERP, or BSM domain experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and industry-specific business drivers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast revenue.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Exceptional presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

💰 Compensation:

Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
-
OTE: $240,000 - $360,000 (50/50 split)
