We're looking for a driven Sales Director to spearhead new sales, focusing on strategic alignment and value-based selling. This remote role is perfect for a high-energy salesperson who excels in consultative selling with senior business leaders.

🚀 What You'll Do:

  • Generate and Close Deals: Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
  • Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Own the entire sales process, from start to finish, using a structured approach that highlights Icertis' value.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in in-depth discussions with senior leaders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • C-Suite Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to ensure alignment and expedite deal closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, presales, technical advisors, and other teams to develop and execute solution strategies.
  • Territory Strategy: Develop and implement a territory strategy to drive consistent results and maximize market penetration.
  • Compelling Storytelling: Craft clear, persuasive narratives that showcase the financial and strategic value of Icertis' platform.
  • Strategic Foresight: Anticipate future customer needs, offering big-picture thinking to position Icertis for long-term success.
  • Active Listening & Responsiveness: Listen carefully to customer needs, respond with tailored solutions, and follow through consistently.
  • Challenge & Reframe: Confidently challenge customer assumptions to reposition Icertis' solutions as the best choice.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales information in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and accountability in forecasting.

🎯 What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ($1M+ ARR).
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS; CLM, ERP, or BSM domain experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and industry-specific business drivers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for senior audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

💰 Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
  • OTE: $240,000 - $360,000 (50/50 split)
  • Equity component included. Pay varies based on location, experience, etc.
