- Cultivate a culture of safety and excellence on-site, providing guidance and oversight throughout the construction process.

- Ensure all construction adheres to engineering drawings, industry standards, and safety protocols, including battery systems, inverters, and related infrastructure installation.

💪 What We're Looking For:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; 10+ years in battery storage or energy construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing battery storage system construction.
