The Opportunity 🎯 We're looking for a skilled Director of Product Management to join our team. You'll combine your deep security expertise with collaboration with engineers and customers to ensure we have the most competitive and relevant cybersecurity solutions for service providers and enterprise clients. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop a winning strategy and partner with our sales and marketing teams to ensure market adoption and rapid growth.

What You'll Do 📝

• Own the overall vision and go-to-market strategy for Acronis' cybersecurity products, including endpoint security, EDR/XDR, email security, and more.
• Collaborate with product marketing to support messaging and content creation, empower the Acronis sales team, and handle positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Define and drive components of a cross-product integrations strategy across engineering, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Partner with internal business partners to capture business needs and translate product visions into actionable roadmaps and release plans, identifying and monitoring key performance indicators and project timelines.
• Establish measurable goals for your teams, and consistently track and report on progress.
• Assemble, develop, and lead a diverse team of product and program managers focused on cybersecurity solutions.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• 10+ years of successful experience in a Product Management role.
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity products and current trends. (Cybersecurity certifications and experience at a cybersecurity company are a plus!)
• 5+ years of experience managing geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams (including direct reports and daily stakeholders).
• Experience building a team and making decisions related to recruitment and organizational structure.
• Experience working across teams on large projects with multiple engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate a compelling vision.
• Knowledge of the service provider market is a bonus.
