The Role: Dishwasher

Want to contribute to a kitchen that's known for its culinary excellence? We're looking for a hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in the Lisbon area (Cascais). As a Dishwasher, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring every dish, utensil, and piece of equipment is sparkling clean and sanitized.

What You'll Do

• 🧽 Wash all dishes and equipment, following strict health and safety standards.
• 🔄 Collect used kitchenware from the kitchen, keeping the dishwashing process moving smoothly.
• 🍽️ Load and unload the dishwasher, following the right procedures to prevent any mishaps.
• 🧤 Hand wash specific items as needed, ensuring they're thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• 🗄️ Put clean dishes and equipment in their designated spots, maintaining an organized kitchen.
• 🧹 Assist with cleaning the kitchen and restaurant as required, helping to keep everything spotless.

What We're Looking For

• 🗣️ Ability to understand and speak English effectively (C1 proficiency is a must). You'll be communicating with the kitchen team and other staff, so strong communication skills are key.
• 🗂️ Excellent organizational skills to manage the flow of dishes and kitchenware efficiently.
• ⏱️ Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure to keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly.
• 🗣️ Native or fluent English speaker with C1 proficiency. You'll need to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with everyone.
