🚀 The Role:

Become a key player in building and operating cutting-edge AI language features! You'll be part of a dynamic team creating scalable language services for their global clients, directly impacting how they bring life-saving therapies to market.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop scalable language services (NLP, NLU, NLG) for live SaaS products.
• Contribute to and refine the experiment backlog.
• Develop models that solve real-world problems within the life sciences industry.
• Optimize models for production efficiency and reliability.
• Automate deployments, testing, and monitoring (MLOps).

💪 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building data & analytics products (sentiment analyzers, translation engines, summarizers, etc.).
• Extensive experience with Machine Learning, Modeling, and development using Python.
• MLOps expertise with at least one platform (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.).
• Ability to mentor colleagues and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

➕ Nice to Have:

• Production experience with GenAI, LLMs, Recommendation Engines, or AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lex).
• Understanding of AI/ML regulations and incorporating compliance into MLOps.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
