Join our Dutch Customer Support team and help build amazing experiences for customers! As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of this brand, providing excellent support and solutions to customer inquiries.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Solve customer queries related to purchases, order deliveries, packaging, and other product-related matters.
- Take ownership of customer questions and ensure prompt resolutions and responses.
- Meet and exceed service quality standards, comply with regulations, and achieve productivity goals.
- Create exceptional customer experiences that are both valued and make us proud.
- Follow management directives and provide valuable feedback.
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C2)

Advanced English (at least C1), both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills, including strong phone etiquette, attentive listening, and impressive writing abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A desire to learn and grow, a curious mind, and a knack for finding solutions.
- High-speed internet access and a suitable workspace for remote work.
- Must be an EU citizen or have a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Must be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
