Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support through multiple channels: phone, chat, email, and social media.
- Help customers with account setup, verification, login, payments, and technical concerns.
- Serve as a reliable contact point, especially for sports-related client inquiries.
- Address feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly to build trust and lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure every interaction aligns with internal policies and quality standards.
- Share insights and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level).
- Fluent in English (B2 level).
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card.
- 0 to 1 year experience in customer support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
