Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support through multiple channels: phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Help customers with account setup, verification, login, payments, and technical concerns.
  • Serve as a reliable contact point, especially for sports-related client inquiries.
  • Address feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly to build trust and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensure every interaction aligns with internal policies and quality standards.
  • Share insights and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level).
  • Fluent in English (B2 level).
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card.
  • 0 to 1 year experience in customer support.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
