The Role 🧑💼 Dutch Customer Support Representative
The role is to serve as the primary contact for users, managing incidents, problems, and requests – both routine and non-routine. This involves providing 1st line support for technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Support standard technical queries related to a set of products (e.g., Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking, PCs).

Problem Solving: Listen to and understand customer problems, asking the right questions to resolve common issues within set timeframes. Know when to escalate issues beyond your expertise.

Service Levels: Escalate issues as needed to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. Monitor performance through reports and analysis.

Collaboration: Be a team player, viewed as a helpful and effective team member.

Business Acumen: Understand customers' needs and service delivery requirements to provide excellent service.
