The RoleΒ π΅οΈ
- Conduct sample assessments to verify adherence to customer standards.
- Identify patterns and trends in results, implement data studies, and act on findings.
- Employ a project-based approach to your work.
- Manage and analyze substantial datasets from various sources using business intelligence methods to create reports for stakeholders.
- Craft reports to analyze team performance, output, efficiency, etc. Communicate ways to streamline processes to management.
- Monitor calls, chats, and emails to maintain quality and consistency in processes.
- Collaborate with the training team to track compliance with company policies and suggest improvements.
What We're Looking ForΒ π

Fluent in DutchΒ and possess excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in a quality or call center setting (a plus).

ProficiencyΒ in both verbal and written communication.

SkillsΒ in Google tools: Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.
