The RoleΒ πŸ•΅οΈ

  • Conduct sample assessments to verify adherence to customer standards.
  • Identify patterns and trends in results, implement data studies, and act on findings.
  • Employ a project-based approach to your work.
  • Manage and analyze substantial datasets from various sources using business intelligence methods to create reports for stakeholders.
  • Craft reports to analyze team performance, output, efficiency, etc. Communicate ways to streamline processes to management.
  • Monitor calls, chats, and emails to maintain quality and consistency in processes.
  • Collaborate with the training team to track compliance with company policies and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking ForΒ πŸ”Ž

  • Fluent in DutchΒ and possess excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in a quality or call center setting (a plus).
  • ProficiencyΒ in both verbal and written communication.
  • SkillsΒ in Google tools: Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.

Preferred ExperienceΒ πŸ†

  • Experience in a quality or call center environment would be a great advantage.
