💼 The Role:

• 📞 Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• 🤝 Effectively resolve customer issues and provide support.

• ✨ Ensure customer satisfaction by showcasing our products.
• 🤗 Manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
• 📝 Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• ✍️ Accurately record customer details.
• 📊 Create and maintain service reports.

What We're Looking For:

• 🇳🇱 Dutch Language Skills: Native or C2 level (written and spoken).
• 🇬🇧 English Language Skills: B2 level.
• 🎓 Education: High School Diploma (minimum).
• 💻 Computer Skills: Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and other common software.
• 🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer-centric approach.
• 🤸 Adaptability: Flexible, quick learner, and adaptable to change.
• 🤹 Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• 💪 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
• 🧘 Stress Management: Ability to calmly handle difficult situations.
