The Role: 💼

As our Ecommerce Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our online success in the EU and USA markets. You'll lead the management of our e-commerce platform and marketplaces, ensuring we hit our revenue and expense targets.

What You'll Do: 🎯

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store to boost sales, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Drive sales on our direct-to-consumer (D2C) Shopify store and marketplaces like Amazon and Best Buy.
• Oversee digital marketing, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop and maintain diverse traffic acquisition channels (affiliate marketing, SEO, paid traffic).
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns with the Marketing team.
• Oversee inventory, fulfillment, and customer service for our D2C channel.
• Work closely with manufacturing and warehousing for smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide sales analysis and reporting (weekly/monthly, by department).
• Stay ahead of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.

What We're Looking For: 💪

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on D2C sales.
• Experience in NA and/or EU markets.
• Shopify platform proficiency and familiarity with relevant tools and apps.
• Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Experience with consumer electronics brands is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
