Curriculum Associates (CA) is looking for a Per Diem Educational Consultant to help create equitable classrooms for students!

What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality professional development, training, and support to teachers and school leaders.
- Collaborate with our Professional Learning and Sales teams.
- Analyze data and communicate insights to educators.
- Facilitate professional development workshops tailored to participant needs.
- Support teachers with lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis.
- Work with school leaders to identify successful implementations and challenges.
- Engage in professional development and improvement.
- Track and submit training notes and complete assignments promptly.
- Maintain a professional image with customers.
🗓️ Schedule & Location ✈️
- This is a per diem role, with hours scheduled as needed, paid hourly.
- Expect higher demand from August-October and January-February.
- Based in Wilmington, DE.
- Requires considerable travel (up to 80%) – including overnight stays.
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license.
💰 Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $35/hour - $65/hour, depending on the work.

Reimbursement for travel (mileage and expenses, including keeping travel points).
- Company-provided laptop.

Potential for medical coverage (if working at least 30 hours/week on average).

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, and professional development (K-8 preferred).
- Strong understanding of Common Core State Standards (or comparable state standards).
- Comfortable using digital tools and discussing data with educators.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and Office programs (Zoom/WebEx knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.
