Responsibilities

At GEP, we do more than sell software; we help companies change how they operate. As a leader in procurement and supply chain solutions, we partner with organizations that are growing fast and ready for the next stage. Our Emerging Enterprise Sales Executives focus on high-potential companies with $1 billion to $3 billion in revenue, helping them modernize procurement and find value that supports their growth.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference if you are a consultative, driven seller who likes breaking into new accounts, building relationships with executives, and leading complicated deals. At GEP, you will not just build a client list; you will help shape the future of procurement and supply chain for some of the world’s most active companies.

This role is based on the East Coast and will focus on building new relationships across the region.

  • Drive Emerging Enterprise Growth: Lead sales cycles from finding prospects to closing deals across companies with $1 billion to $3 billion in revenue, focusing on GEP’s SaaS solutions.
  • Engage Executives: Build relationships with CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, and business leaders, earning their trust as a strategic advisor.
  • Sell Business Outcomes: Use information, case studies, and messages focused on return on investment to show how GEP delivers measurable results.
  • Build and Expand Pipeline: Create opportunities through outreach, focused campaigns, and qualified leads coming in.
  • Partner Across GEP: Work with solution consultants, marketing, and delivery teams to design custom proposals and make sure clients succeed.
  • Shape the Market: Position GEP as the preferred partner for companies growing toward global enterprise status.

Requirements

  • SaaS Sales Experience: Experience managing full-cycle deals in enterprise software, ideally in procurement, supply chain, ERP, or Source-to-Pay (S2P).
  • Mid-Enterprise Experience: A background selling into companies with $1 billion to $3 billion in revenue.
  • Quota Achievement: A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to find client problems, engage multiple people involved in the decision, and match solutions with business goals.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communicator and presenter who can make senior leaders feel confident.
  • Growth Mindset: Resilient, curious, and motivated to compete and win.
  • Agility: Comfort working in a fast-moving setting where independence and responsibility go together.

Salary

  • Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for commission based on individual sales performance.
