The Role:

As our Enablement Manager, you'll be a key player in empowering our teams to succeed. You'll design and implement comprehensive enablement programs across sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams. This is a remote position, open to global candidates.

What You'll Do:

• 🚀 Cross-functional Enablement: Develop and run enablement programs across all departments, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• 🧑‍💼 Onboarding Leadership: Own and improve the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand our culture, tools, and AI products.
• 🤖 Technical Training Development: Work with product, engineering, and AI teams to create training focused on our AI-powered solutions.
• 🎯 Program Management: Manage enablement initiatives from start to finish, tracking timelines, resources, and progress.
• ✍️ Content Creation: Collaborate with teams to develop training materials, playbooks, and resources.
• 📈 Data-Driven Optimization: Use data to measure program success and make improvements.
• ⚙️ Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• 🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years in enablement, program management, or a similar tech/AI role.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
• AI Knowledge: Experience with or understanding of AI products and technologies is a plus.
• Program Management: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create engaging training materials.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to measure and improve programs.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
