🚀 The Role:

As an Engineering Manager in our Ads team, you'll help us find the right balance between users, business owners, and Yelp's revenue. Your team will decide where and when ads appear on and off Yelp, ensuring great value for businesses and meeting user needs. You'll lead, grow, and inspire a team of engineers, collaborating with product managers, analysts, data scientists, and executives to achieve both short-term wins and long-term growth. This position requires you to be located in the Republic of Ireland.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers of all levels.
• Improve team processes and remove obstacles.
• Work with the team to create and achieve a shared vision.
• Partner with various teams to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in the recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to interviews.
• Foster a fun, diverse, and inclusive team culture.

• Management experience with strong communication and empathy.
