🚀 The Role:
As Engineering Manager, you'll lead our Application Platform team, building features and frameworks that power all Modern Treasury products. You'll create scalable solutions for exceptional product development, focusing on frontend infrastructure, API infrastructure, data import/export frameworks, authentication (AuthN), and authorization (AuthZ) frameworks.

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to deliver features and frameworks that enable faster, higher-quality product development at scale.
- Define and drive a technical roadmap aligned with Modern Treasury's growth, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize platform-level opportunities for broader business impact.
- Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence and operational rigor, ensuring on-time project delivery and high-quality standards.
- Mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering platform-level solutions in high-growth environments.
- Passion for empowering engineering teams through robust tooling and frameworks.
- Deep technical expertise, including experience building and scaling systems (Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks preferred).
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution for high-impact delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
