💼 The Role

We're searching for multilingual team members fluent in English to join our team in Portugal. You'll be supporting users who contact our service desk.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Technical Skills: Provide support for standard technical queries related to a specific product or a small group of products (e.g., Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking, PCs).
  • Business Understanding: Develop a solid grasp of customer environments and service delivery needs to deliver top-notch service.
  • Processes: Document actions taken to address routine customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with established processes and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of listening to and understanding customer issues, asking relevant questions to resolve common problems within specified timeframes. Recognize when a problem is beyond your expertise and escalate it for resolution.
  • Service Levels: Escalate issues as needed to meet service level requirements and surpass customer expectations and SLAs. Monitor performance through statistical reporting and analysis.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player and be regarded by colleagues as a helpful and effective team member.
  • Personal Growth: Take charge of your development and have a personal development plan in place.

🎓 Qualifications

  • English Proficiency: Must be fluent
  • Software & Applications Knowledge: Familiarity with various software and applications (at a minimum: Windows environment and MS Office suite).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, flexibility to work varying hours, customer focus, teamwork, sense of urgency, positivity, and enthusiasm are essential for this customer service role.
