Role Overview

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Named Accounts, to join our growing Enterprise Consulting team here in the US.

The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle, from building relationships with key people in charge to negotiation and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a full understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI.
  • Develop strategies and coordinate support from different teams to help customers get the most value from the monday.com solution.
  • Help our customers connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.
  • Act as the main contact for relationship and commercial issues when things need to be escalated.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (greater than $50K - $150K Annual Contract Value).
  • Prior experience in Strategy consulting is a benefit.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with executives.
  • Great written and spoken communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equal relevant work experience.
