Responsibilities
- Drive the company’s market growth and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Work with the management team to define and adjust sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Create detailed account plans and proactively drive opportunities to closure.
- Work as part of a collaborative team, partnering with other stakeholders (SEs, BDRs, and CSMs) while fostering team success.
- Enter, map, and manage commercial accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Build strong relationships with customers, engaging key business executives and stakeholders.
- Work with Customer Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to make sure clients succeed.
- Respond quickly to customer requests for proposals, quotes, and additional information.
- Develop business and technical knowledge in our solution.
Requirements
- At least five years of proven experience in sales roles is mandatory.
- Hunter mentality with relentless drive and determination is mandatory.
- Experience working with international organizations or startups in growth mode.
- Highly organized, with the ability to complete tasks easily using various company applications (e.g., SFDC).
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English at a native or near-native level.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Access to decision-makers in application security, software development, and DevOps (e.g., CISO, VP Engineering) is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the application security area, including buyers’ motivations and key stakeholders is advantageous.
- Additional languages are a significant advantage (e.g., French, Dutch, Spanish).
Location
- This role involves working Monday to Friday in a hybrid model: two days in the office and three days from home.
- The sales focus is on the international region (EMEA and APAC).
