About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the ability to create your own path. You will have the freedom to talk to customers in segments that interest and excite you. You will be able to sell our main products, which are supported by one of the strongest software platforms on the market. You will also work with leadership on any opportunities to help you win.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect with a "hunter" attitude via phone, internet, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Independently find and create new sales opportunities.
  • Contact and do initial discovery with customers via phone and email.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings, present proposals and solutions, and close business on the phone, Zoom, or in person (if and when the situation allows).
  • Work with the internal team on pricing strategy and account setup plans.
  • Set credit terms with clients in line with company goals and directions.
  • Manage individual sales funnel information for all prospective customers in the required format.
  • Sell AMCS’s main set of Platform services.
  • Review weekly/monthly sales activities and prospective customers with Management.
  • Take part in self-development and training opportunities, both internal and external.
  • Reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales success in a quota-carrying role.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in highly disruptive and transformative technologies, preferably in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Ability to travel (as conditions require).
  • College degree in business, engineering, logistics, or the equivalent.
  • Experience in a sales development role or a high outbound selling role focused on the executive level.
  • Understanding of business management and operations.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in using a consultative approach with customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up with customers and the network.
  • Growth mindset, with a focus on customers.
  • Critical thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adjust to ever-changing tasks and customer needs.
