Description
We are looking for a driven and technically curious Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing Sales team. In this role, you will be in charge of the entire sales process—from outbound looking for leads to closing the deal—working closely with prospects to understand their build and developer productivity problems and show how EngFlow can solve them. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, making our sales approach better, and shaping the future of our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Find, talk to, and close new enterprise customers in your area.
- Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demos, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Use MEDDICC and a value-based sales approach to make sure deal quality and predictability.
- Work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to give great value to prospects.
- Build strong relationships with engineering leaders and decision-makers.
- Track and manage opportunities in the CRM and forecast pipeline accurately.
- Help improve sales processes, messaging, and how we position ourselves in the market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling technical software (SaaS, DevTools, Cloud, or related).
- Strong understanding of DevOps, developer tooling, or build systems is a big plus.
- Proven track record of landing and growing enterprise accounts.
- Skilled at handling technical audiences and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience using MEDDICC or similar qualification frameworks.
- Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and execution skills.
- Passion for making the developer experience and productivity better.
