Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a group of enterprise accounts—including both publicly traded and privately held companies—across the DACH region.
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients, adding directly to our growth in a key European market.
  • Work from your home office in Germany, with travel to clients as needed or to our London-based AuditBoard office.
  • Report directly to the Director, Sales, and work across departments with regional and global teams.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understanding their problems and matching them to AuditBoard’s platform features.
  • Work with Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing, using tools, partners, and events to move the sales pipeline and deals forward.
  • Partner with strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-focused results.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software solutions.
  • Proven success in complex sales cycles involving many stakeholders and closing high-value deals.
  • Proven experience in value-based selling and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working across departments with global teams.
  • Comfortable using structured sales methods (for example, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
  • A mindset focused on learning and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Familiarity with German regulatory structures and enterprise purchasing expectations.
