Responsibilities
- Find new business and grow existing and past client relationships to build and manage a steady pipeline of chances.
- Work through complex negotiations at the executive level.
- Use business and industry knowledge to research accounts, find key players, create interest, find compelling events, and develop accounts.
- Using strong presentation skills and effective sales tools, give presentations that explain the value of ETQ’s Reliance solution.
- Manage a healthy pipeline by logging correct data and forecasts accurately using Salesforce.
- Reach and go beyond set quotas and KPI goals monthly and quarterly.
- Work with cross-functional teams like Presales, Services, Marketing, and Product to make sure sales messaging and focus are consistent.
- Go to industry events, sales and product training sessions, and webinars to keep refining and growing product knowledge, sales methods, and skills.
- Take advantage of sales tools and digital content to map correctly to the buyer’s process, creating efficiency, effectiveness, and speed in the selling process.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales in SaaS.
- Positive and strong phone, listening, and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales setting; team player.
- Appreciates aggressive goals with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to create an instant connection with prospects and communicate the ETQ value idea.
- Coachable, disciplined, and a self-starter with a natural desire to do well and who can deliver results.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Creative, ambitious with grit and a passion for sales.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
