Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with and close high-value enterprise accounts in Zurich, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Show the platform’s capabilities by demonstrating a deep understanding of the software and mapping it to client needs.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities through business development and strategic market mapping, working to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels to build relationships and make sure business success continues.
  • Consult with clients on internal processes, offering practical advice to drive change across their organizations.
  • Create and put in place internal adoption and promotion strategies to increase awareness and use of the tool within client organizations.
  • Work with internal teams to make sure clients succeed, giving feedback and ideas to make product and service offerings better.
  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle, from finding opportunities through negotiation and closing, making sure contract management is easy.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally working with large enterprise clients (more than €50k–€150k ACV).
  • Proven history of managing complex, multi-level client relationships, with a focus on growth and keeping clients.
  • Strong skill in handling long, complex sales cycles and managing enterprise-level account lifecycles.
  • Proven experience in highly consultative sales, with the ability to deeply understand client needs and provide custom solutions that drive long-term value.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives.
  • Energetic and curious team player with strong communication skills, eager to contribute to the company culture where success is rewarded through both performance and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience as a founding member of a new regional office.

Location

  • Remote (Zurich).
  • This role requires monthly travel to Munich as well as other parts of Switzerland for client meetings.
