As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take ownership of winning enterprise-level accounts.
You will help some of the region’s most important organizations unlock their potential and reach measurable success.

Responsibilities

Actively connect with and close high-value enterprise accounts in Zurich, becoming their trusted advisor.
Show a deep understanding of the platform, matching its abilities to client needs and showing its value.
Find and drive expansion chances through business development and strategic market mapping, working to meet and go past quotas.
Partner with key contacts and decision makers at all levels to build relationships and make sure ongoing business success.
Give advice to clients on internal processes, offering strategic information to drive change across their organizations.
Create and carry out plans for internal adoption and promotion to increase awareness and use of the tool within client organizations.
Work across different teams inside the company to make sure clients succeed, giving feedback and information to improve product and service offerings.
Keep accountability for the full sales cycle, from finding a chance through negotiation and closing, making sure contract management is smooth.

Requirements

Fluent French and English is a must.
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally working with large enterprise clients (over €50-150K ACV).
Proven history of managing complex, multi-level client relationships, focusing on growth and retention.
Strong skill in working through long, complex sales cycles and managing enterprise-level account lifecycles.
Proven experience in highly consultative sales, with the ability to deeply understand client needs and give custom solutions that drive long-term value.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives.
Energetic and curious team player with strong communication skills, you are eager to add to the company culture, where success is rewarded through both performance and teamwork.

Additional Information

This role requires monthly travel to Munich as well as other parts of Switzerland for client meetings.
