🎯 What You'll Do:

  • Lead project teams in designing electrical infrastructure projects across the US.
  • Manage project performance, reporting, and client relationships.
  • Oversee project costs, schedules, and scope, developing recovery plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and report progress.
  • Ensure contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with engineering leads and managers to execute client deliverables.
  • Maintain and document quality control processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare bid documents, cost estimates, and proposals.
  • Manage client invoicing and accruals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and develop new relationships.

βœ…Β What We're Looking For:

  • Required:Β Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience in the electric power industry (6 years with a Master's degree). Proven experience in EPC contract management, planning, monitoring, and reporting project financials for electric utility projects. Demonstrable success in change management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Workfront, Pro Core, MS Project, P6) and MS Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed.
  • Preferred:Β Experience leading project management teams, working on renewable generation projects and utility interconnections, supporting construction operations, and knowledge of the consulting business. PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within two years).
