💼 The Role

As a business advisor, and under the guidance of the ERP Manager, you'll be working across various business areas. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, defining, demonstrating, implementing, and training users on Epicor ERP in a multi-company, multi-site, and multi-currency environment. Plants are primarily located in the US Midwest but also include one plant on the East Coast and one in Mexico. You'll also be involved in business process discovery and documentation.

⚙️ What You'll Do

  • Perform business analysis reviews, document processes, and suggest improvements. This involves collaborating with business unit leaders to create or refine processes and procedures that better meet business needs using ERP technology.
  • Actively look for ways to improve how people use and benefit from the system.
  • Manage and support ERP upgrades and installations at all current locations and any future locations. This includes resolving Epicor ERP/Kinetic system issues/incidents reported in the ticketing system.
  • Be able to explain and teach "quote-to-cash" functionality.
  • Provide guidance, help, and support to Epicor system end-users.
  • Help create timelines and project plans to guide the future integration of Epicor modules.
  • Make sure assigned project tasks and support tickets are finished on time.
  • Test system changes. Write procedure documents for newly installed modifications and operating procedures.
  • Take part in system integration testing and user acceptance testing with the business users to make sure new and upgraded functionality/systems are delivered to a high standard.
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
  • Follow and comply with J-SOX policy and procedures.

👨‍🎓 What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP.
  • Required Skills: Experience with these modules/functions is necessary: quote-to-cash processing, financial GL setup/configuration, PowerBi (or other BI tools), BAQ/Dashboard.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with these modules/functions is a plus: GL posting rules, BPMs, BAQs, SSRS, MRP, C#, SQL.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management and end-users.
  • Training: Effective presentation and training skills.
  • Travel: Travel is required.
