🚀 The Role:

As a Group Oracle ERP Intern, you'll be a key member of our growing ERP Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting operations across 18 countries. You'll gain invaluable experience and make a real impact. Extensive training is provided to support your development.

What You'll Do:

• Support the CoE's ticket management, analyzing and resolving issues, coordinating workflow between 1st and 2nd level support teams (functional and technical). You'll also manage Finance GPO.
• Monitor ERP processes and create administrative reports for the CoE.
• Leverage your Oracle ERP Cloud functional knowledge to support best practices, changes, updates, and releases.
• Analyze gaps with stakeholders and process owners.
• Support integration enhancements between Oracle ERP Cloud and other systems.
• Conduct functional training and document business processes for stakeholders and end-users, following approved Blueprints.
• Configure ERP Cloud Procurement and Finance modules, and design custom dashboards and BI reports.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Education: University degree (or nearing completion) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management, Information Management, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French are a plus!
• Skills & Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment; enjoyment of working with and learning about IT systems; highly motivated with strong analytical skills; customer and solution-oriented; proactive, eager to learn and grow; results-oriented, skilled at prioritizing and meeting deadlines; a team player with a hands-on approach; organized and focused on process improvement; skilled at interacting with stakeholders diplomatically and assertively.
