📅 About the Role:
The Events Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all company events, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives. This involves leading a team of event coordinators, managing vendor relationships, and delivering events on time and within budget. You'll also innovate event strategies, optimize logistics, and drive attendee engagement, creating memorable brand experiences.
💼 Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute company events (client meetings, conferences, industry exhibitions). Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate all logistics (venue, catering, AV).

Pre-Event Organization: Collaborate with the COO and Design Team to define event objectives, themes, and key messages. Manage vendor relationships (negotiating contracts, ensuring timely service delivery). Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to maximize attendance. Develop event materials (invitations, programs, signage).

On-Site Event Management: Oversee on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution according to plan. Manage event staff and volunteers. Handle any issues or emergencies.

Post-Event Organization: Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Manage post-event follow-up (thank-you communications, feedback collection).
🎯 What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in the event industry or related fields. Proven experience with international trade shows/booths/stands. Hands-on approach with a structured, detail-oriented work style.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills: Strong event organization and people management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Languages: Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
