About the Company

This position supports the Founder-CEO and Leadership team of an exciting HealthTech IT Services startup focused on growth. We are SaaS Talent, a hiring, business development, and growth partner with over 20 years of experience in SaaS and technology, helping companies scale and transform their businesses. We have assisted over 100 companies with streamlining sales, marketing, operations, talent acquisition, and funding.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Enablement
    • Assist or execute sales and marketing programs and campaigns.
    • Build marketing content, including presentations, documents, and social posts.
    • Run campaigns on platforms such as Dripify, SalesHandy, and LinkedIn.
    • Build and help deliver sales content, including pitch decks, proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and agreements.
    • Help create and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Admin & Executive Support
    • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives.
    • Manage Gmail and LinkedIn inboxes for executives.
    • Conduct short projects or perform online research.
    • Support meetings with preparation and follow-ups.
    • Keep internal reports and documentation up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Must have an extremely strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Sales and marketing support experience is a MUST, including tasks like LinkedIn outreach to book meetings, social media management, or blog support.
  • Strong task management skills.
  • Written and verbal English skills must be C1 level or above.
  • 1–3+ years of experience supporting executives or working in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, enjoy figuring things out, and proposing solutions to problems.
  • Must be comfortable using (or willing to learn) tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Dripify, SalesHandy, LinkedIn, Canva, and CRMs.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with founders or small teams.
  • Familiarity with the world of SaaS, startups, or sales enablement.

Salary

  • $800–$1000 USD Monthly, based on experience.
  • Bonus potential if goals are achieved.

Location

  • Fully remote position.
  • Must live in Colombia (preferably Medellin, Colombia).
